Race 4 Ronald's House
Race 4 Ronald's House operates under the 501(c)3 umbrella of the
Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. It's founder, Denny Parisan, created the organization as a way to "pay forward" his debt of gratitude to the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House for their help 35+ years ago, when his son was born severely premature. Race 4 Ronald's House began with a simple toy drive and expanded to include a trio of races, the proceeds of which all benefit the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. The first race was a drag racing event at Maple Grove Raceway. In 2016 Race 4 Ronald's House added a go-kart race. This year, we're debuting our foot race - a 4-mile run/walk in Phoenixville, PA. Race 4 Ronald's House also hosts a fundraising dinner at the Cedar Hollow Inn Restaurant & Bar in Malvern, PA. Through the end of 2016, Race 4 Ronald's House has raised a total of $189,000 for the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, as well as a box truck full of donated toys every year for 13 years.
